Here is the card (http://comestampwithme.blogspot.com/2007/06/tac-cards.html) that got the idea intially swirling in my head and I couldn't wait to get started.
This is a retired stamp from The Angel Company (colored in with BIC markers) but the circle and XOXO are from current sets! I also used some DCWV cardstock, lime green scrappers floss and a fun button. I used the word window punch from SU. Thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend!
