Anchor to the Soul

Do you ever buy a stamp set for just one or two of the images? That happens to me (a lot!) - I really liked the chair and the sayings in the stamp set, Anchor to the Soul.
The funny thing is, once I got the set - it was the anchor calling out to me and I had it paired with the Amberley Grace papers in my mind!

Card Materials: all stamps and papers by The Angel Company
Stamps: Anchor to the Soul
Accessories: Amberley Grace Soar with it Collection and cardstock, nestabilities, twine, prismacolored pencils and gamsol

I wish now that I had added one more layer of tan behind the main DP panel and the aqua cardstock...what do you think?

Beautiful combination! Anchor is my favorite stamp from this set too, because TAC doesn't have that many masculine stamps and I like the fact that I can use this anchor stamp for the men in my life.

Love the way you did the hemp cord to go along with the anchor. Very creative, Chris! Nice card!

This is a great card; it doesn't need another layer. I wouldn't mind doing this as a workshop kinda thing.
