mmm...free paper!

Did that catch your attention?

The Angel Company has put out a new free paper line called Robyn that you can download here.

It's so pretty - here's just a taste of it:

I don't have a (decent) colored printer at home so I saved the file to a thumbdrive and high tailed it over to Staples - I brought my own white cardstock and that saved me some money. In the end, it ran just 50 cents a sheet.

I paired two of my favorite sheets with Lucy - I find myself longing for these wonderful spring colors even though we are just heading into fall! I watercolored little Lucy with my Tombow markers and aquabrush...still making sure I am using all of my different coloring techniques!

Unfortunately I ruined her socks and shoes (I think it was too wet when I added a second color) and so I just restamped Lucy, painted her lower half and cut out the good part on the original one and layered it for a popped up effect.

Well, now I have to rush and get ready for subbing again...I am ready for a vacation!! Thanks so much for taking your precious time to read this - I appreciate it!!!

That's the problem - free stuff really isn't free, is it? I love how you save your coloring. I just messed up a couple of things I was coloring, and forgot that I could do this - I just threw it away. I need you to keep me on the straight and narrow!

:) I used 8.5 x 11 ...and I had a coupon for $2 off at Staples so in the end, 8 sheets only were $2.
