Today I am featuring more retiring stamps (surprise, surprise!!) for the sketch challenge over at The Angel Company. I passed up on Delicate Florals for my first few orders because it intimidated me but honestly, once I got this set, I saw how any coloring method works great with it.
I used Copics here and I loved that I could bring in the peach colors of the rose into my dark purple flowers - it made a big difference for the final look. It also paired beautifully with The Angel Company's Angelee Soar with it Collection of papers. Back to my button and twine - and yes, Juliet, my cards feel naked with out anything extra!
Last week I used Just a Note and thought it was still current but I have since realized this set is retiring too! Gosh, with all of these wonderful stamp sets going away, I know that there must be some incredible new images awaiting us! :)

I keep passing on that stamp set, my resolve might not last if you keep making such beautiful cards with it. I love the contrast the apricot color roses bring to the design. Lovely card Chris.
