There is definately an owl craze out there right now, eh?! Still, I couldn't resist this little guy that was part of the new Fall Fun set. And, combined with the Owl words...my possiblities will be endless. I was really inspired by Heidi's card on SCS (pinkhedgehog). I knew I wanted to try a Zindorf background but was a bit nervous and her card pushed me over the edge to give it a try! It's super easy...the key was to use different inks and those great hydro sponges we carry. Here I used Palette inks: sunflower, burnt sienna, iris and starry night... Hope you'll give it a try too! It was important to mask the owl and then the moon. And did you recognize that branch? It's the tree trunk from Springtime!
