Fun and Yummy Treats!

Today the last of my hostess club ladies were here so I can post the fun treats we made for the month of September. I bought Bone Appetit last year even though it was short promotional just because I thought it was so darn cute...well I was tickled to find that you can buy it now as one of the Spooky Sets The Angel Company has online! I've heard it'll be in the Fall Supplement (speaking of which - I placed my preorder of supplements yesterday! woohoo!).

These ideas were sadly not my own but I can thank Barb Foster for her genius! Last year TAC featured her creative ideas and there are even more yummy and fun goodies that you must check out. Barb is the queen of Halloween!

Some of the details include: The Ghost Grub used an empty small stamp (PWP/GWP size) container filled with candy corn and sticky mesh drywall tape from the hardware store. The Mummy Mix box is a pizza box filled with large candy corn shapes and it measures 3x3. These are easy to make and I found the tutorial on SCS.

Lastly, my Hershey mummy uses more drywall tape and I inked the edges with Haystack to make him look really old! :)

Stamps: Happy Haunting, Bone Appetit

I also wanted to let you know that The Angel Company just posted it's retiring stamp list and they will be on sale for 30% off through 17 Oct. I feel like I have had a steady drum beat of pushing "sales and specials" this month and I hope I don't come across yucky - I just find this a convenient place to get the word out but I surely don't want to turn anyone off! I appreciate you stopping by, as always - THANK YOU!

Those are great!! And I must say that when I saw the Yummy Mummy my first thought was that it was a mother's day present (being in New Zealand it's mum not mom), so if you've got any English/Kiwi/Aussie friends send them a Yummy Mummy mother's day card...
